I will be shooting myself playing pool. Not interested in the 1-click upload features as I will be editing the videos to include audio etc. Just something that can capture decent pictures and sound. Nothing cinema standard but not fuzzy and distorted either. About £150 budget. Zoom if possible but thats not the most important thing. Thanks.

The Kodak Zi8 is supposed to be fantastic, pocket sized, HD and very simple to use, the picture quality is amazing. Plus it plugs straight into your computer with an inbuilt usb and the files are ready to go straight away, no importing/converting issues.

Business owners are only as successful as their employees or team members. In this article we are going to discuss how to train team members when you are in networking marketing.

When you show your team members the tricks of the trade and how to run their business they will succeed which means you will too. Most network marketing companies offer training to their business owners. When you build a team its very important that you make sure your team knows about the training and that they take it.

There are a couple of ways you can do this training. This article will give you ideas that will help you to decide what will work for you and your members.

* Training calls

You can set up training calls that you can do with your team. Set up calls for new team members to bring their new team members on. You should also set up calls for existing team members so they can learn new ways to build their business or refresh their memories on existing ways. When you set up these calls you can either supply training materials via email or you can have your listeners take notes for themselves.

* In House training

Set up training sessions in your home or at another location. Provide training materials on paper or on CD so they can take it home and review the materials again. Providing CDs will help others do the same in their location so they can provide the same wonderful training to their team.

* Video

Providing your training via video is a great way for your members to feel like they are in the same room as you. If you have graphs and other examples to show, they will be visible in the video as well. You can share your video via YouTube if you have the ability to download it.

* PowerPoint

Creating a slide show via PowerPoint is another option for your training. Creating these slides can be done by you or you can hire a VA to do these for you. You can do new team member trainings and existing member trainings and then you can share these presentations to all your team members.

* Ebook

Creating an ebook is a great way to do training with your team members. Put all of your important information into Word and then you can create the pdf or you can hire a VA to do it for you. This will allow your team members to take the training whenever they have the time and it will also allow them to review the training at any time. You can include the ebook in their training materials and have it on a website for them to access as well.

Success is important to any business owner. When you set up training sessions for your team members, they will help you reach your success goals. Training sessions help raise moral and increase business. When you provide these training sessions everyone will have the ability to grow.

For years I struggled in business and in life. I used to quit before I ever got started. I would make goals and new years resolutions only to find myself a few weeks later in the same place I was before I got started. I used to wonder what special gift did successful leaders like Daegan Smith, Jonathan Budd, Mike Dillard, and Katie Freiling all have in common?

I began by studying their training. I purchased their courses and read their books. I also watched their videos and attended their webinars. What I learned friends is that they all harnessed the POWER of PERSEVERANCE.

They knew how NOT to quit, they just kept moving forward. They started just like I did with no knowledge of online MLM marketing and within a few short months were set free financially.

It takes incredible perseverance to survive in entrepreneurship, especially in the network marketing industry. For example, If I’m actively pursuing knowledge and strategies that will better my downlines, my team will always follow me. It’s all about creating massive value in the lives of others. Having the right knowledge and performing the right activities will do this for you.

Daegan Smith, Jonathan Budd, Mike Dillard, and Katie Freiling are all massively successful because they persevered until they became the leader who is worthy of being followed and mentored. They all studied and worked very hard building their MLM business. They sacrificed tons of hours to grow their businesses when their friends were at the beach or watching T.V.

Eventually, they surrounded themselves with a mastermind of partners who helped them even further. They learned how to make money as infopreneurs by creating their own courses and systems. Their couses and marketing systems have had a major impact on me as well as thousands of other entrepreneurs. Next, they learned the power of affiliate marketing and how to have thousands of affiliates promoting their products for them. Last but not least they learned the power of training and coaching and how to make massive money promoting their TIME coaching one on one.

How does this benefit the network marketer? How can PLR help the network marketer increase his website traffic? If you were to use PLR, do you need to go through the learning process all over again in order to be like he various techies and experts? If you are a newbie to internet marketing and would like to increase traffic to your website featuring your business opportunity, should you use PLR products?

Well, you need not worry about having to learn the various internet marketing secrets of driving traffic using search engine optimization, social media, etc… All that you will be required to do ist o either use the PLR product exactly as you get it if you are posting it directly on your website or blog or edit at least fifty percent of the contents if you are looking at posting on various article directories to drive traffic.

One of the easiest and most popular ways to drive traffic is to submit your articles to various article directories. When you dot hat, you are exposing your articles to the millions on the internet who are looking for information. This is a great way to drive targeted traffic to your blog or website especially when you articles are categorized correctly.

There are hundreds of article directories on the internet. Do not bother about submitting to each and everyone of these directories. Look out for those with high Alexa rankings and you can submit to these directories. Submitting to ten of these high ranking article directories site far outweighs the advantages of submitting to a hundred low ranking sites. Use your time fruitfully.

One of the largest and most popular article directories is Ezine Articles. It is not easy to get your articles published here as the editorial team is very stringent in their quality checking and do not accept just any slipshod articles. As such, they are known for quality and if you are able to get your articles published on Ezine Articles dot com, you will have a very good chance of driving targeted traffic to your website.

There are many other sites with high Alexa ranking including Idea Marketers, Go Articles, Article City, Article Cube, Search Warp, Amazines, Article Directory and Aricle Base to name a few. Consistently submit your edited network marketing PLR articles to these sites on a regular basis and you will start seeing an increase in your website traffic. Ensure that at least fifty percent of the PLR articles are edited before submission.

As there are others who also subscribe to the same PLR articles and ebooks, you might come across similar articles with the same title. This is why the article needs to be edited. Another alternative is to convert your articles into audio podcast which you can submit to the podcast directories as well as video which can be uploaded to the most popular youtube channel and other video sites. These sites are also able to help increase website traffic as well.

With the same article, you can submit to as many article directories as possible. Convert them into other formats such as podcasts as well as videos and submit to the respective directories. When you have consistently done this over a certain time period, this will easily generate between 200 – 500 leads a single day.

If you’ve been doing online marketing for any time at all, then you already know the traditional methods of attracting visitors to your website and increasing traffic: social networking, social bookmarking, blogging, email marketing, PPC, forum and article commenting, directory submission, etc.  But at some point, these methods begin to lose effectiveness and new marketing and promotion channels must be discovered.  Listed here are nine non-traditional methods that can help you increase website traffic.

1.    Submit your website and logo to design galleries – Even if your business is not in the design industry, you can attract a sizeable new traffic base by posting your unique and interesting website or logo to one of the hundreds of galleries currently on the web.  An expansive list of these galleries can be found on the CSS Gallery List.

2.    Create a Wiki – Create more interaction among employees and potential customers by creating a wiki for your business.  With a wiki, employees can post info they find useful and can allow clients and potential customers to collaborate and add to the open projects.  A wiki can be a very valuable source of both information and interaction, making your customers feel like they are part of the company.  Check out Media Contour’s Wiki to see how it works.

3.    Record Videos of your Meetings and Processes – If you are going to a particularly interesting meeting, you can use your camcorder, cell phone, webcam, digital camera, or screen capturing program to capture the event.  You can then go back and edit out any portions that are boring or contain sensitive info.  Interviews with various employees of your company can also act as promotional vehicles for your website.  Processes such as the design of a website or the coding of a particular widget on your site can also become a viral sensation if made interesting, funny and useful.  You can post these videos on your site as well as on YouTube, Viddler, and Veoh to gain maximum exposure.

4.    Cold Calling and Spam Email Reversal – We have all gotten those annoying calls from telemarketers and it is safe to say that you have at least a few spammy emails in your inbox.  The next time you get a solicitation for a certain product or service, turn the situation around and offer your products and services to the telemarketer or spammer.

5.    Use your network of friends and family to spread the word – Is it too much to ask your brother, uncle, or girlfriend to mention your website on their own social networks?  Ask them to post your link on their profile(s) or to check out your site once in a while.  If you get the right person to endorse your product or service, you can instantly gain recognition and a significant new group of followers.

6.    Design and Provide Library Bookmarks – You can promote your website while at the same time contributing to local bookstores and libraries.  Although libraries usually have a surplus of these cheap pieces of cardboard, you can create an interesting design with your company logo and the URL of your site to attract all of the knowledge-hungry bookworms.

7.    Create Customized Merchandise - Use CafePress or another custom printing service to create t-shirts, mouse pads, stickers, leotards, or anything else with your company’s logo or name.  Ask your designer to make the merchandise look cool so that people will buy it despite the advertisement.  You can also get your employees to rep your customized gear at the office and on their personal belongings.

8.    Write your URL on Dollar Bills – While this method for attracting new visitors to your website is considered defacing US currency and is technically illegal, the rewards may be worth the punishment.  Money is constantly changing hands between new people in different locations from different backgrounds, making it a very effective medium to advertise your company’s website.

9.    Use Your Pet as a Walking Advertisement – Your dog will not mind a quick hair cut, but the people who see him will definitely notice.  A cat, dog, rabbit, or any other pet can be converted into a walking advertisement with personalized pet clothing or by shaving the company website or logo into their fur.  Just make sure that you know what you are doing before you get a call from PETA.

While the traditional methods for promoting and advertising your website are often quite effective, sometimes they aren’t enough to get your site to the next level.  The nine tips listed above will surely attract the attention you need to get new visitors to your website and increase exposure. Though some of the methods described here are slightly unusual and can be controversial, they all can be accomplished with little to no budget, making them viable options for any web-based company.

Hello. Is there a place, service or software to track the latest youtube search terms and/or vids? I need to know what are the people searching for on youtube just for market research purposes. Thanks for your consideration
I’m not too sure about that but there is something called google trends. Heres the link:http://www.google.com/trends What google trends tells you is what are the most popular searches on google and how popular any word you look up on there is. This would be very close to what you would find if there was something like that for youtube (which I don’t believe there is).
